Having realistic expectations versus an unachievable idea is part of why a project manager is important to your home renovation. Sometimes clients want something that is not realistic. For example, they may want to move a shower to another location in their bathroom. Even if it’s possible the cost of doing it may help them realize that this isn’t a feasible or realistic idea. It is important to always provide the project manager with your wish list first and then determining if your wishes are realistic and achievable. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t have what you wanted as with some modifications and creativity you will most likely still be very pleased with the results.
